  "projectDescription": "The Lafourch Parish restoration project will consist of three components.  First is the shoreline stabilization and marsh creation component.  This will involve dredging and placing material in shallow water areas and eventually planting with Spartina.  The second component is vegetation planting and sand fencing.  This will involve planting black mangrove and installing sand fencing in the dune area between Bay Champagn and the Gulf.  The last component is hydrologic restoration which proposes to remove failed marsh impoundment structure in order to restore the natural hydrology, reduce marsh loss, and increase fish access to benefit more than 1,850 acres of essential fish habitat (EFH).",
