  "projectDescription": "The Condado Lagoon Mangrove Restoration Project restored 0.5 acres of mangrove habitat along the shoreline of Condado Lagoon, which is a part of the San Juan Bay Estuary in Puerto Rico.  More than 150 people attended four volunteer and stakeholder training seminars and 1,600 red mangrove trees were planted within Condado Lagoon.  This project helped to restore fisheries habitat in this urban setting and provided an excellent outreach and education opportunity for the local community.",
