  "projectDescription": "In order to restore 200 yards of native shoreline per year near the Ballast Point Park on Hillsborough Bay, non-profit restoration group Tampa Bay Watch and the Coastal Conservation Association of Tampa were awarded grants through partnerships between NOAA's Community-based Restoration Program and Fish America Foundation and Restore America's Estuaries. Oyster domes were used to provide oyster settlement and structure for small fish. Several events were held for volunteers to build the necessary number of domes for the project. The oyster reef is evaluated on a weekly basis for colonization of oysters. Mangroves are evaluated against known growth rates.",
