  "projectDescription": "Tidal flow was restored to the  Old Town Hill Salt Marsh  by lowering an old cart path on Newman Road.  Approximately 20 acres of salt marsh upstream, and additional salt marsh acreage downstream, were relieved from chronic scouring and bank erosion caused by a previous tidal restriction. The project also restored a part of the marsh by preventing pedestrian and biker traffic and preventing cars from parking in the marsh.  Revegetation of the marsh adjacent to a recently replaced bridge proximal to the site.",
