  "projectDescription": "The Tulalip Tribes will remove one partial barrier culvert and replace one more partial barrier culvert on People's Creek, a tributary to the Snoqualmie River, with a fish passable structure. These culverts are on private agricultural property and are the two most downstream barriers on this stream. Once complete, this project will restore access to 0.8 miles of upstream high-quality salmon spawning and riparian habitat. These are two of 16 culverts the Tulalip Tribes and partners will remove or replace with structures designed to withstand climate change. They will restore connectivity to more than 32 miles of habitat in priority streams for the recovery of salmon.",
