"projectDescription": "Forest County Potawatomi Community, in collaboration with the United States Forest Service, the Army Corps of Engineers, Trout Unlimited, Forest County Land & Water Dept., the Town of Wabeno, and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, will replace several culverts on the North Branch Oconto River and a culvert in the headwaters of Otter Creek in Wabeno, Wisconsin. The new culverts will reconnect habitat for migratory fish. They will also help improve community resilience to climate change by being designed to withstand increased extreme weather events and flooding. (",
