  "projectDescription": "The EML Project created coastal herbaceous wetlands, including brackish marsh, using sediment dredged from a borrow area in the Mississippi River to fill shallow open water areas immediately north and adjacent to a project footprint known as the Lake Hermitage Marsh Creation Project. The natural resource Trustees combined the funds for the Lake Grande Ecaille, Mosquito Bay and Little Lake incidents in southern Louisiana to provide compensatory restoration for lost resources and ecological services, including aquatic and wildlife species  and resulting in the creation of at least 10.6, 8.4, and 4.5 acres of brackish marsh for these incidents respectively.",
