  "projectDescription": "The Lockwood Boulevard Living Shoreline project site is located on the Ashley River on state-owned land in the City of Charleston, SC, and also includes nearby Brittlebank Park. This site is part of a series of sites that are included in the “Community-based living shoreline creation in the urbanized watershed of Charleston County, South Carolina, USA to support habitat resiliency and ecosystem services” project implemented by the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources. The upland banks of the Lockwood Boulevard site are experiencing erosion that will be alleviated by the placement of modified crab traps. This project was installed along 300 linear feet of eroding shoreline and will result in approximately 0.04 acres of oyster reef habitat",
