The restoration efforts under this cooperative agreement were conducted over a three year period (October 1 2016 to September 30 2019) and included several key areas and goals such as:1) In situ coral nursery development and expansion to accommodate a genetically diverse selection of Acropora corals for restoration.2) Support ongoing rescue efforts of Dendrogyra cylindrus and potentially outplant.3) Explore opportunities of developing a nursery location outside of Monroe County.4) Acropora cervicornis (staghorn) restoration targets included: 20 reef sites and 9,000 outplants in total (year 1), 8 reef sites and 8,400 outplants in total (year 2), and 8 reef sites with 12,000 corals outplanted in total (year 3).5) Acropora palmata (elkhorn) restoration targets included: 5 reef sites and 900 outplants in total (year 1), 8 reef sites and 8,400 outplants in total (year 2), and 8 reef sites with 12,000 corals outplanted in total (year 3).6) Develop nursery and outplant methods for O. faveolata and O. annularis.",
