Reef restoration will consist of adding granite substrate to the site, and allowing oysters to recruit naturally to he reef from nearby oyster populations.The project also constructed reefs in the York River of Virginia.Although initially slated to construct 100 acres, in the end the project constructed 127 acres (67 acres in the Piankatank and 60.7 acres in the Lower York River)",
