  "projectDescription": "The Coastal Conservation Association of Florida has partnered with Tampa Bay Watch, the Florida Aquarium, and local Boy Scout troops to create a series of new oyster bars at Fantasy Island and Green Key. The oyster reef will help prevent shoreline erosion, provide hard bottom habitat, and improve water quality in the Tampa Bay estuary. In addition, 40 sixth graders, their parents, teachers and volunteers planted 5,000 plugs of salt marsh grasses along one acre of shoreline. A second planting added 2,000 plugs of smooth cordgrass. NOAA's Community-based Restoration Program and the Fish America Foundation provided partial funding to support this project.",
