Salt marsh vegetation planting (0.05 acres) for the project occurred landward of an existing 200-foot sill comprised of oyster-shell bags (0.07 acres), in addition to other eroding areas. The living shoreline was created to restore salt marsh and valuable habitat for oysters and fish, and to provide benefits to water quality.",
