"projectDescription": "Wetland restoration will be completed at John Heinz Wildlife Refuge by creating channels and pools to restore tidal flow and allow recolonization of native wild rice vegetation at Henderson Marsh. A third breach will be installed in the perimeter dike to allow additional tidal exchange in the 56-acre marsh. The channels would also provide habitat for fish. This project will compensate for losses that occurred on 26 November 2004 when the M/T Athos I (Athos) struck a large, submerged anchor and discharged of more than 263,000 gallons of crude oil into the Delaware River and nearby tributaries.",
