  "projectDescription": "The proposed project aims to: 1) quantify the ecosystem service values associated with oyster reef restoration; 2) quantify the ecosystem service values associated with wetlands 3) quantify the economic value and impacts that recreational and commercial fisheries of the DelmarvaJChoptank River watershed offer to coastal communities and economies; and, 4) apply model simulations of increased fish biomass and associated fisheries value chains supported by the oyster reefs and wetlands. The results of this study help determine priority areas for the restoration and conservation of habitatsproviding ecosystem services that are important to local residents and communities of the DelmarvalChoptank River watershed.",
