The primary objective was to restore the physical conditions of the Black River’s riparian and aquatic habitat to benefit fish, macroinvertebrates and other species. Activities included the restoration of in-stream aquatic habitat and stabilization of streambank, and advanced the delisting of 3 habitat-related BUIs for the AOC. The project complements previous and ongoing restoration projects conducted by the City under GLRI.",
