  "projectDescription": "The North Olympic Salmon Coalition completed the restoration of the estuary of Meadowbrook Creek, a relic channel in the Dungeness River Delta.  NOAA funding supported demolition of buildings, and feasibility planning to define a final alternative that involved realignment of a coastal road affected by flooding, restoration of backshore habitat, and restoration of tidal flow to an area of tidal marsh.  The whole project was constructed in 2017 increasing rearing habitat for threatened and estuarine-dependant Dungeness River Chinook salmon.",
