  "projectDescription": "This project introduced 353 pieces of large wood along approximately 7.5 miles of high priority habitat for coho salmon within three core area sub basins of the Big River: East Branch North Fork Big River, Russell Brook, and South Daugherty Creek.  This will effectively increase stream complexity and shelter values while simultaneously improving pool frequency and depth and help sort and collect spawning gravels.  This effort will help maintain the geographic distribution of coho salmon in a system with historically strong populations of coho salmon and identified biological refugia.",
