"projectDescription": "This project installed 148 pieces of large wood at 81 unique sites along 3.13 miles of high priority core recovery coho habitat in the Little North Fork Noyo River. The project will increase steam complexity, pool frequency, winter shelter and rearing habitat for coho salmon. All project large wood was measured and tagged with unique ID numbers to facilitate future tracking of wood. Upstream and downstream photo monitoring points were established at all sites. The Little North Fork Noyo River is a tributary to the Noyo River in coastal Mendocino County. The reach begins at the confluence of the mainstem of the Noyo River, which is approximately 5 miles upstream form the Pacific Ocean.",
