  "projectDescription": "The overall objective of this project was to restore spawning and rearing habitat for federally listed coho salmon, Chinook salmon and steelhead trout by reducing sediment delivery and improving instream habitat along Big Gulch at 12 prioritized road sites and 3 instream wood sites. All 12 road sites were decommissioned. Treatment of the identified sites now prevent 2,018 yd3 (or over 200 dump trucks worth) of sediment from entering salmonid habitat. This effort was part of the Little North Fork Navarro River Sediment Reduction Project. The total estimated sediment savings estimated for LNF Navarro River Sediment Reduction Project is 8,000 cubic yards. Over 2,000 cubic yards of that 8,000 was saved by this project.",
