  "projectDescription": "Phase One of the Todd Property (\"Big Bend Project\") Anadromous Fish Habitat Restoration project was a successful first step completed by the Tuolumne River Preservation Trust to restore riparian vegetation and re-establish self-sustaining fluvial geomorphic processes along the Tuolumne River.  In partership with the NOAA Restoration Center, the Trust completed final resotration plans and designs, permits, earthwork, and riparian planting.  The overall comprehensive effort to restore natural floodplain function and improve habitat on approximately 182 acres presents one of the best opportuniites for restoring riparian forest and floodplain wetlands within the Central Valley of California.",
