The design included the construction 705LF of rock sill with 90LF of gaps.  This structure would then be backfilled with sand and planted with the appropriate vegetation creating 32,000SF (.75 acres) of tidal wetland.  The design has been completed by VIMS and the Park is activiely seeking funding for construction.",
