  "projectDescription": "The primary goal of this project was to re-establish historical salinity patterns in the nursery area of upper East Bay, Apalachicola, Florida.  A combination of hydrologic modifications were used to restore the wetland systems and hydrologic connectivity in the drainage basins of Whiskey George Creek, Juniper Creek, and Doyle Creek, which all drain to West Bayou in the upper reaches of East Bay. The project's goals were to place 19 low-water crossings, 44 culvert modifications, 6 flashboard risers, 44 ditch blocks and 0.8 mile of road removal.",
