The stream restoration reach has been diverted into two separate channels which affects passage flows especially during low flow conditions during the fish run season. MA DER secured USDOI Storm Sandy funds in 2014 to design and implement the project. NOAA provided very limited funds for Save the Bay staff time to participate on the project planning.",
