The projects involved adding large wood and boulders to several sites within Elk Creek, removing invasive vegetation and replanting several acres of riparian habitat, and removing a fish passage barrier to open up 6 miles of habitat for coho salmon. The Umpqua Basin Watershed Council led implementation of this project in 2011 and 2012.",
