  "projectDescription": "Construct 350LF of Living Shoreline at the Jamestown 4-H Camp on the James River in Virginia.  Project involved the construction of two 125LF rock breakwaters and the placement of 3500CY of sand.  It was constructed in two phases with seperate funding awards, one in January 2010 and the other January 2011.  Once the sand fill had stabilized behind the breakwaters the area was planted with the appropriate wetloands vegetation.  All planting was done by volunteers.",
