  "projectDescription": "This project created 0.5 acreas of tidal marsh habitat in the middle of a mixed-income housing development along the partially filled and culverted Bayou Auguste in Biloxi, Mississippi.  The project's objectives were to 1) improve the health of fish and other bayou fauna, 2) enhance the area's visual appeal and provide a natural amenity for local residents, and 3) promote stewardship of the bayou and other urban waterways.  The completed project rehabilitated 2.5 acres of bayou and the parcel of land was put under conservation easement for protection.  This project had many volunteers plant and help on the construction site and is a small part of a much larger vision for Bayou Auguste.",
