  "projectDescription": "This project will removal of an existing culvert which is a serious barrier to coho salmon, and replace it with a open-bottomed arched culvert on Arroyo Creek, a tributary to San Geronimo Creek, which flows into Lagunitas Creek.  The objective of this work is to restore unimpeded access for adult and juvenile coho salmon into the quality habitat of upper Arroyo Creek.  The restored crossing will provide a migratory corridor for coho and steelhead, allowing improved access to an additional 7,200 feet (1.4 miles) of upstream spawning and rearing habitat.   Approximately .25 of an acre will be restored including the channel and upper stream banks within the project area.",
