  "projectDescription": "Shoreline erosion in St. Andrew Bay poses a threat not only to the shoreline but to the important seagrass habitat prevalent throught the bay.  In partnership with NOAA's Community-based Restoration Program and the Fish America Foundation, Florida Department of Environmental Protection will work with volunteers to plant over 15,000 square feet of emergent vegetation along the shoreline and construct approximately 1 acre of oyster reef. The 0.5 acre marsh will provide additional shoreline protection and nursery habitat for fisheries species.",
