  "projectDescription": "The first objective of this project is to plant two sites with native marsh vegetation, one site is located on Eglin Air Force Base property at Okaloosa Island and the other site is on private waterfront property in Destin Harbor.  The second objective of this project is to educate private landowners about the importance of native marsh vegetation and how it provides an environmentally friendly alternative to seawalls, bulkheads, and riprap.  The third objective of this project is to educate the general public on the importance of coastal habitat for economic gain and water quality for the Gulf and Choctawhatchee Bay.",
