  "projectDescription": "This project involved the placement of large woody debris into the stream channel at two primary areas: Mill Creek and the south fork of the Coquille River. Large wood traps spawning gravel as it migrates downstream, increases meanders, adds organic material to the stream, and provides refugia for juvenile fish. All of the logs have remained in place, and fish are using the pools created by the logs, especially during low water periods.",
