"projectDescription": "Trout Unlimited and its partners restored two-way juvenile fish passage at the culvert crossing on Circle Creek spanning Mulligan Spur road on Weyerhauser property near the Oregon Coast. The former Circle Creek culvert was a barrier to juvenile fish passage, preventing them from accessing the refugia and rearing habitat above. The old concrete box culvert was perched and caused a velocity barrier to coho, winter steelhead, chum, and coastal cutthroat. A new open-bottom arch culvert was installed at the site to open 3 stream miles of habitat.",
