  "projectDescription": "In partnership with the Southeast Aquatic Resources Partnership, this project created varying density oyster reefs in the intertidal zone of estuarine waterways in the Altamaha River watershed in Georgia.  The oyster reefs were built using non-traditional cultch material such as bundled wood and bamboo spat sticks.  Georgia DNR evaluated and documented the effectiveness of the artificial material in reef building.",
