  "projectDescription": "The proposed project includes the reclamation and restoration of the following three primary areas:1)  reclamation of  about 1.0 acres of state-owned submerged lands included in a minimum of 28 two-acre shellfish aquaculture leases in the Gulf (number of leases of participating leaseholders), or partial reclamation of 56 acres of leases;2)  construction of a 0.15-acre oyster reef that will protect about 400 linear feet of shoreline and a 0.4-acre seagrass recovery site adjacent to Atsena Otie Key; and3)  enhancement of about 100 feet of oyster reef habitat (0.02 acres) at Corrigans Reef in Waccasassa Bay.",
