  "projectDescription": "NOAA, in partnership with Trout Unlimited, California Fish and Game, and a wide array of other public and private partners are working cooperatively to restore coho salmon and steelhead runs in northern California. The Irmulco Road Sediment Reduction and Fish Passage Project restored coho salmon habitat and passage near Northspur, CA by implementing erosion control measures and replacing a failing bridge with a fish-friendly, passable culvert on a tributary to Olds Creek in the Noyo River Watershed.  This fish passage and habitat enhancement project opened 0.57 miles of habitat for migratory salmon species.",
