  "projectDescription": "In partnership with the NOAA Restoration Center, the National Aquarium in Baltimore conducted shoreline cleanups to target 1-2 miles of shoreline habitat in the Chesapeake Bay.  One ton of debris was removed and over 100 volunteers participated in cleanup efforts.  Thousands of local citizens learned about the detrimental effects of marine debris and actions they can take to reduce their prevalence in our aquatic ecosystems through outreach and education efforts.",
