CMA held teacher workshops to introduce the curriculum to teachers.  To promote safe fishing practices CMA also held community workshops to teach families about fishing safely in an area that contains contaminated fish species.",

Students were given the opportunity to fish from a boat or pier and grilled the fish they caught. Additional community workshops were held for families where they learned about fishing regulations, how to fish, and which fish are safe to eat.",
