  "projectDescription": "The goal of this project was to restore and enhance self-sustaining populations of anadromous fish through the removal of Off Billington Street Dam in 2014 and the Plymco Dam in 2015.  Both dams have been removed and were replaced with an arched bridge.  With the removal of these two dams, fish passage has been enhanced to .75 miles (half the length) of Town Brook.",
