  "projectDescription": "In an effort to restore tidal flow to the tidally restricted salt marsh, the Massachusetts Audubon Society worked with the Fish America Foundation and the NOAA Restoration Center to restore tidal flow to a tidally restricted salt marsh within the Eastern Point Sanctuary. The 53 acre sanctuary contains upland forest and meadow, red maple swamp, a fresh water marsh and salt marsh. Despite the biological richness of this area, much of the wetland habitat was degraded.",
