  "projectDescription": "Phase 1 of this project resulted in the repair of the Moulson Pond Fishway, on the Eight Mile River in Lyme, CT.  In 2013, during Phase 2, a video fish counting system was installed.  This project allowed the purchase of the appropriate instrumentation, construction of necessary housing devices, the installation of the system at the fishway, and its operation on an annual, ongoing basis. These data are critical to perform necessary evaluation of the performance of the fishway and allow partners to monitor progress toward goals of watershed restoration.",
