  "projectDescription": "NOAA Fisheries has partnered with the EPA Five-Star Program to fund the Alexandria Seaport Foundation to expand its program of shoreline stabilization and wetlands restoration in two highly polluted Potomac Basin streambeds and a section of the Potomac shoreline.  Groups of at-risk youth were utilized to clean up, stabilize, and restore wetlands in two highly polluted Potomac River streambeds at Cameron Run/Hunting Creek, Four Mile Run, and some of the Potomac.  A key component of the program was construction of an aquatic greenhouse which was a source for growing and propagating wetland plants as well as a source of employment and public education for at-risk youth.",
