  "projectDescription": "Earthcorps worked in cooperation with Citizens for a Healthy Bay, Commencement Bay Trustees, and the NOAA Restoration Center, to continue restoration of nearshore habitat on two sites in the Hylebos Waterway, Commencement Bay, Washington.  A mixture of planting irrigation retrofit, soil improvement and planting used variable techniques to establish conifer canopy in nearshore buffers and hasten regeneration of salt marsh vegetation.  Plant survivorship and growth was monitored to inform future restoration activities in Commencement Bay and Puget Sound.",
